About Us

About us

Our goal is to help you get the most out of your workspaces. That is why we aspire to connect you with innovative and cost-conscious products that raise productivity and bring a new standard to your workplace.

Sustainability has moved from being “nice to have” into a normal business expectation. Clients, procurement teams and supply chains are asking for evidence, not just claims  and that shift is reflected in how we design, source, and stand behind every product we bring to market.

More than a certificate

Anyone can display a certificate on a wall. The real value comes from applying the principles behind it every single day.

Our Integrated Management System is built around ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), plus an information security framework covering how we handle data. In practice, this means:

  • Quality – delivering the right product, consistently.
  • Environment – managing our environmental impacts and reducing waste.
  • Health & Safety – making sure people go home safely, every day.

These standards give us a framework. Our systems help us put that framework into practice.

Plan -> Do -> Check -> Act
  • setting objectives
  • implementing and training
  • auditing and monitoring performance
  • improving and correcting.

Each cycle strengthens the next:
Objectives become sharper -> Risks are reduced -> Performance improves over time.

Certificates don’t improve businesses. Systems do.

Product stewardship

Product stewardship means taking responsibility for our products throughout their full lifecycle, not just at the point of sale. From design through use, repair, refurbishment, reuse and eventual recycling, we’re working to extend product life, reduce landfill, and support circular economy outcomes.

In practice, that looks like:

  • Designed for longevity – durable construction and long service life that reduce how often things need replacing.
  • Designed for reuse – adaptable, reconfigurable systems that extend the life of a product well beyond a single fit-out.
  • Repair before replace – access to replacement components and repair pathways that cut down on waste.
  • End-of-life recovery – structured pathways for refurbishment, reuse and recycling once a product reaches the end of its working life.

To support this, we’ve established a formal partnership with a dedicated product stewardship provider. Through this partnership, furniture and materials can be audited, rehomed through resale and charity channels, refurbished, or responsibly recycled at end of life — with outcomes measured and reported back to us, in line with recognised industry guidelines. It’s a framework for delivering real stewardship outcomes, not just waste collection.

Measuring our impact

Large organisation’s are increasingly required to disclose climate-related information, and customers, government agencies and supply chain partners are asking for it too.

We’ve partnered with an Australian carbon reporting specialist to measure understand and report our emissions.

Covering everything from direct operations (Scope 1) and purchased energy (Scope 2) through to our wider supply chain, transport, and end-of-life outcomes (Scope 3).

This gives us auditable, standards-aligned data so we can identify where our biggest impacts are, track progress over time, and share credible information with the people who ask for it.

Why ergonomic furniture?

We can spend a large part of our day, week, or life sitting in an office, so it only makes sense that we put in some sincere effort to look after people’s wellness. Ergonomics has many definitions but at its core it’s all about the optimisation of both the psychological and physiological well-being of people. All our products are meticulously designed to enhance quality of life. Our monitor arms, for instance, not only offer affordability but also help alleviate fatigue. Similarly, our electric desks are not just ordinary desks; they come equipped with near-silent motors for seamless sit-to-stand transitions.

At Elevar, we take pride in the fact that all our products are expertly crafted to not only enhance the aesthetics of an office but also genuinely improve the well-being of those who use them.
